Terms and conditions:
When signing up, you are committing to a minimum of 2 shipments and auto
payments to your credit card.

Must be over 21 years old to be a member. By signing up for the wine club
membership you are confirming you are over 21.

An adult (over 21 years old) signature is required at delivery. Please designate an
address for shipping where someone over 21 will be present to sign during
normal business hours.

We ship to the following states via a third-party shipper: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA,
ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, NY, NC, ND,
OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, WI, WY.

We will bill your credit card automatically for the discounted cost of wine for each
club order plus shipping charges (if applicable) prior to shipping. NOTE: NO
EMAIL NOTIFICATION IS SENT PRIOR TO PROCESSING YOUR PAYMENT.

By signing up for the wine club, you authorize Elisa Christopher Wines to charge
your credit card for each club order until directed otherwise by you.

You must notify Elisa Christopher Wines via email at least 10 days prior to each
club order payment processing with any changes/cancellations.

Wine club shipments can only be skipped once per calendar year.

You agree that if you select “pick up” and you have not picked up by the last day
of the pick-up timeframe (usually 30 days) your wine will be automatically
shipped and shipping fees are charged to your credit card.

Once the order is processed, the wine is considered purchased even if returned
and will not be refunded.
